fall 2023 Cross Country season 

• Practice for ALL Grades will begin Monday, August 21st
• Practice will be held Monday - Friday, 4:00-5:30pm
• All participants MUST have a signed 23-24 Sports Participation Packet  & Sports Physical Signed by a Physician
